Scanner guide
The 18 alert channels in the server, what each one fires on, and how to read what lands in it.
Reading an alert
Alerts are dense on purpose — one line should tell you the ticker, the move, the float and whether the volume is unusual, without scrolling. The shorthand is consistent across every channel, and the glossary is the key to it.
Two fields do most of the work. RV is relative volume, so anything well above 1.0 is busy for that ticker specifically. FT is the float, which is what turns a dollar figure into a meaningful one — a $282K order is noise on a large cap and 5% of the float on a small one.

Making a channel quieter
Every channel posts everything that qualifies, which is the right default and occasionally too much. Premium members can point any scanner at a private channel with their own thresholds — plus active-hours limits and a muted-symbols list that applies everywhere. See /custom-scanner.
