FAQ

Questions About TickerRoom

What TickerRoom is, how the alerts reach you, and what the website shows compared with the Discord.

  1. What is TickerRoom?

TickerRoom is a Discord community for active stock traders. Real-time scanners post unusual market activity — volume spikes, trading halts, large prints, new filings, headlines and more — into dedicated channels, and research commands answer questions about any ticker without leaving Discord.

  2. How do TickerRoom alerts arrive?

Every scanner posts to its own Discord channel, and the All-in-One channel carries all of them in the order they happen. Members turn on the channels they care about and get alerts through Discord’s own notifications.

  3. Are TickerRoom alerts real time?

Yes, inside the Discord: an alert posts the moment a scanner detects it. The public delayed feed on this website shows the same All-in-One alerts 15 minutes later.

  4. What is the TickerRoom delayed feed?

A public page showing every All-in-One Scanner alert from the last two trading days, 15 minutes after members saw it, with filters by scanner, ticker and price. It shows what the Discord delivers, without the head start.

  5. Which scanners does TickerRoom include?

18 alert channels: All-in-One Scanner, News Scanner, Social Media Scanner, Volume Scanner, Squeeze Scanner, Whale Scanner, Top Gainers, SEC Filings, IPO Scanner, Insider Scanner, Halts Scanner, Block Trades Scanner, Zero-Borrow Scanner, Earnings Scanner, Economic Calendar, Congress Scanner, Reg SHO Scanner, Voice Scanner.

  6. What else is in the TickerRoom server besides alerts?

Alert intelligence cards that follow each alerted ticker through the session, measure attention against its own normal and record how past squeeze alerts played out — plus 63 commands for company data, short interest, borrow, volume, options flow, filings and more.

  7. Can I filter TickerRoom alerts to what I trade?

Yes. The /custom-scanner command narrows any scanner to your own thresholds — price, float, relative volume, catalyst and more — and delivers the result to a personal channel. It is part of TickerRoom Pro.

  8. Is TickerRoom financial advice?

No. TickerRoom provides market information and educational content only. Alerts describe market activity, and a call shows the automated system’s plan for a setup. Neither is a recommendation, and trading involves risk.

  9. Does TickerRoom post trade calls?

Yes. An automated system posts momentum setups in the Discord as calls — entry zone, trigger, stop and targets, with the reasons — and tracks each one to how it ended. A call is the system’s plan, not a recommendation and not a result anyone captured. The daily recap lists every call of the session with how it ended, including the ones that stopped out or never triggered.

  10. Will TickerRoom alerts make me profitable?

No. An alert reports market activity — a volume spike, a halt, a new filing — not what to do about it or where the price goes next. TickerRoom shows the activity and the data behind it; the decisions and the risk are yours. Where the server measures how past alerts behaved, it posts the misses and the sample size beside the hits.

  11. Does TickerRoom place trades or connect to my broker?

No. TickerRoom connects to no broker and places no orders. The in and out commands are a trade journal: the prices in it are the ones you type.

  12. Is there a TickerRoom mobile app?

TickerRoom Mobile is coming to iOS and Android. There is no launch date yet; news about it is posted in the Discord first.

  13. How do I join TickerRoom?

Join the Discord server from any “Join the Discord” button on this site. TickerRoom Pro is live.

  14. How much does TickerRoom Pro cost?

$19.99 a month with a 3-day free trial or $199.99 a year with a 3-day free trial. It is sold through Whop, and a plan renews at that price until you cancel.

  15. How do I get the Pro role in Discord after I pay?

Connect your Discord account to Whop, then claim access. In your Whop settings, open External accounts and select Connect beside Discord. Log in to Discord with the account you want the role on, then select Authorize. On whop.com, open TickerRoom under Joined memberships and select the Discord app inside it. Choose your Discord account and select Claim Access. Whop opens Discord, with the Pro role on your account.

  16. How do I cancel TickerRoom Pro?

A TickerRoom Pro membership is billed through Whop, so you cancel it from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
