Filings for a ticker, by category or form.
Syntax
/sec-filings <symbol> [form_type]Angle brackets mark a required value, square brackets an optional one. Type the command and Discord will prompt you for each one.
What it is for
Without a form type you get the six categories at a glance — latest, news and mergers, financials, dilution and prospectus, proxies, ownership. With one, you get the history for that form.
Parameters
